How do I return?
- All returns must be requested within 7 days of the date of delivery,
- Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate a return.
- Enter your order number and term 'Return Request' in the subject line.
- Upload pictures of the products.
- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with return shipping guidelines.
Do I have to pay shipping fee for returns or exchanges?
- We offer free shipping for spproved returns and exchanges.
Which items are Returnable and Refundable?
- Products ordered by you is/are not listed as non-refundable in the description.
- Products you received are damaged, defective, significantly different from the description/picture.
What is return/exchange request deadline?
- You must open return/exchange request within 7 days of date of delivery. Requests received after 7 days will be rejected.
What items are non-refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Items on which No return or Non-Refundable is exclusively mentioned in the description.
- Items which are used.
- Items received by you are as expected based on your order request.
Can the items be exchanged?
All the undamaged and unused products can be exchanged except non-refundable items. Your newly requested items price total must be same or than exchange items price total. All the exchange requests must be opened within 7 days of delivery. We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, we will send you a shipping label. After we receive your items, they will be reviewed for damages. If they are in good condition, we will let you know and consequently send you tracking no. of exchanged items after they are shipped. This entire process can take up to 30 to 60 days from the day of opening requests.
How do I exchange?

- In the email, mention link, name and size of the product you are interested to buy.
- Upload pictures of the purchased products.
- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with exchange details.

The following refund options are supported:
- Refund to the original payment method
- Refund to store credit (if applicable)
How do I ship back the items?
For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request.
- If approved and if the request is about damaged goods received, then the refund will be processed within 10 to 20 working days after we receive and inspect your returned items.
