      Discover Curtains constantly strives to meet its customer needs. All the curtains, valances, and window toppers are tailor-made. With this in mind, we have designed our policies to meet the easy exchange process.

      In the unlikely event that you receive a product that’s been damaged in transit or is defective, we will replace items at no extra cost.  Please notify us within 7 days of receipt of the order.

      What items are non-refundable? 

      • Gift cards
      • Items on which No return or Non-Refundable is exclusively mentioned in the description.
      • Items that are used.
      • Items received by you, meet the description of the product based on your order request.
      • Items lost or stolen after they are delivered to your shipping address. We are not responsible for packages, once they are indicated as delivered on your tracking link.
      • Curtain panel quantity is more than 30.

      Can the items be exchanged?

      All the undamaged and unused products can be exchanged except non-refundable items. Your newly requested item's price total must be the same or more than exchanged item's price total. All the exchange requests must be opened within 7 days of delivery. Once the exchange request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label. After we receive your items, they will be reviewed for damages. If they are in good condition, we will let you know and consequently send you tracking no. of exchanged items after they are shipped.
