      Frequently asked questions about returns, refunds, and exchanges.

      How do I return?

      • All returns must be requested within 7 days of the date of delivery,
      • Visit our returns center to initiate a return.
      • Enter your order number and email address to start.
      • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
      • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with return shipping guidelines.

      Items are Returnable and Refundable, if 

      • All the products except non-returnable items.
      • The goods are damaged, defective, significantly different from the description/picture. 

      Items Return/Exchange request deadline

      • Upon opening the return request, it will be sent for approval to check the above conditions only when you have opened a request within 7 days from the date of delivery. Requests received after 7 days will be rejected.

      What items are non-refundable? 

       The following items cannot be returned:

      • Gift cards
      • Items on which No return is exclusively mentioned in the description.

      Can the items be exchanged?

      All the Exchange requests must be opened within 7 days of delivery. We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, we will send you a shipping label. After we receive your items, they will be reviewed for damages. If they are in good condition, we will let you know and consequently send you tracking no. of exchanged items after they are shipped. This entire process can take up to 30 to 60 days from the day of opening requests.

      What are the refund options?

      The following refund options are supported:

      • Refund to the original payment method
      • Refund to store credit (if applicable)

      How do I ship back the items?

      For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.

      How soon will I get my refund?

      Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request.

      • If approved and if the request is about damaged goods received, then the refund will be processed within 10 to 20 working days after approval.
      • If approved and if the request is about goods not meeting customer's expectations in terms of aesthetics, then refund will be processed within 30 to 40 working days after approval.
